According to official medical records, more than 50,000 of Iranians are suffering from late complications of mustard gas exposure, mainly in respiratory system. This presentation will review briefly late respiratory complications of mustard gas and discuss clinical and para-clinical findings including: pathology, radiology, PFT, bronchoscopy, and treatment strategies.
